West Madison Polar Caps
The West Madison Polar Caps Hockey club is a Tier II non profit-youth hockey association for boys and girls 4-14 serving the west side of Madison. Children who reside in the Madison West and Madison Memorial High School districts are eligible to play for the West Madison Polar Caps.
